Ep 13: Getting Quality Sleep

Sleeping is similar to filling up your cars gas tank. It wont run without it. Same thing for the human body. You may be able to function somewhat without proper sleep, but overall you aren't getting far without sleeping correctly. The same is true for your body. You can function without great sleep… but not at a high level, and not for long.

Most successful people—however you define success—either sleep well or are actively trying to improve this area. The “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” mentality? It only works in rare, short-term moments. Live that way long-term, and it will absolutely catch up with you.
